All organisations in Gurugram to submit annual report for 2022 under POSH Act latest by 30th April, 2023

Gurugram District Office has directed all organizations to submit the annual reports (for the calendar year 2022) under the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition And Redressal) Act, 2013 as per attached checklist latest by April 30th, 2023. Please note, only e-mail submissions will be accepted by the District Office.
