Labour Commissioner, Delhi directs establishments to file application for certain exemptions only through online registered portal

The Office of the Labour Commissioner, Govt. of Delhi (NCT) through a public notice has directed establishments registered under the Delhi Shops and Establishments Act 1954 (“Act”) to file an application for exemption under Section 14, 15 and 16* of the Act  only through the online registered portal, i.e., https://dlabourwelfareboard.delhi.govt.in/shopexemption/. Such exemption application will only be accepted through the online mode.

Establishments / Applicants are required to match their online application for exemption information with the data available in the portal www.labourcis.nic.in and, if the information provided in the online application for exemption does not match with the information available in the registration certificate, the application for exemption will be kept ‘on hold’ till the request for updation or a fresh application is made in ‘Form D’ by the applicants.
