NSE and BSE issue Circular regarding Additional affirmations by Practicing Company Secretaries (PCS) in Annual Secretarial Compliance Report

National Stock Exchange (“NSE”) and Bombay Stock Exchange (“BSE”) have issued Circulars regarding Additional affirmations by Practicing Company Secretaries (PCS) in Annual Secretarial Compliance Report (“ASCR”). The facility for filing of ASCR under Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR) in XBRL Mode is now available.

Please note that the due date of submission of Secretarial Compliance Report in XBRL format for Financial Year March 31, 2023 is June 30, 2023.
