Organizations in Gurugram directed to submit Annual Report under POSH Act for the calendar year 2025 by 28th February 2026

The Gurugram District Office has directed all organizations in Gurugram to submit the Annual Report for the year starting 1^st January 2025 to 31^st December 2025 latest by 28^th February, 2026, in compliance with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (“Act”).

The Annual Report will be accepted only via the District Officer’s official email i.e. posh-grg.rev@hry.gov.in and must be submitted from the official email address of the concerned organisation/department latest by February 28, 2026.
