MCA issues extension in timeline for filing e-form DIR-3-KYC and Web-form DIR-3-KYC-WEB till 31.10.2025
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has issued a circular regarding extension in timeline for filing e-form DIR-3-KYC and Web-form DIR-3-KYC-WEB (“forms”) till October 31st, 2025.
The deadline for filing the forms without payment of filing fees has been extended till 31.10.2025.
