ESIC extends Scheme to Promote Registration of Employers/Employees (SPREE) beyond 31.12.2025 for a further period of one month from 01.01.2026 to 31.01.2026

The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (“ESIC”) has extended the Scheme to Promote Registration of Employers/Employees (“SPREE”) for a further period of one month from 1^st January 2026 to 31^st January 2026, in consideration of the representations received from stakeholders to extend the Scheme beyond 31^st December 2025. The extension is made under the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the original circular dated 1^st July 2025.

Employers and employees who have not yet availed the benefits of the Scheme may take advantage of this extended opportunity and ensure that all units and employees coverable under the ESI provisions are duly registered by availing this one-time benefit. All necessary assistance may be extended to employers for such registration.
