All BS-III petrol and BS-IV Diesel LMVs (four-wheelers) directed to stay off the road in the National Capital Territory of Delhi till 9th December, 2022 / downward revision in GRAP stage (whichever is earlier)

Pollution Control Division of the Government’s Transport Department has directed all BS-III Petrol and BS-IV Diesel Light Motor Vehicles (four wheelers) to stay off the road in the National Capital Territory of Delhi till 9th December, 2022 or till downward revision in GRAP stage (whichever is earlier). This is in view of the air quality scenario in the region.

In case of violation, a fine of Rs. 20,000/- would be imposed on the vehicle under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
