CBDT extends filing of Tax Audit report for all applicable taxpayers from 30th September,2025 to 31st October, 2025

Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has notified via press release to extend the due date of furnishing Tax Audit Report for the A.Y 2025-26 where the assessee is a company, a person (other than a company) including the partner of a firm whose accounts are required to be audited under Income Tax Act, 1961 for whom the due date as per the Income Tax Act,1961 is September 30, 2025 to October 31, 2025.
