Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) extends the due date for furnishing of Form GSTR-3B for the month April, 2022

Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has issued Notification No. 05/2022- Central Tax and Notification No. 06/2022- Central Tax dated 17th May, 2022 to extend the due date for filing of FORM GSTR-3B and payment of taxes for the month of April, 2022.

Due date for furnishing the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of April, 2022 has been extended from 20^th day of May, 2022 to 24^th day of May, 2022.

Further, the due date for depositing the tax due in FORM GST PMT-06 for the month of April, 2022 for the taxpayers under QRMP scheme (Quarterly Returns Monthly Payment scheme) has been extended till 27^th day of May, 2022.
