The Department of Medical Health and Family Welfare, Uttar Pradesh, has directed all clinical establishments in Uttar Pradesh to submit applications for renewal of registration latest by 30th April, 2024. After this date, the renewal button will be disabled, and any pending applications will be treated as fresh applications.
