Comments invited by Jharkhand SPCB till 20th February, 2022 on online Compliance Management Module for uploading compliance status of conditions imposed in Consent to Establish/ Operate and Environmental Clearance
Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board has notified the implementation of online Compliance Management Module for stakeholders to upload the compliance status of conditions imposed in Consent to Establish (CTE) / Consent to Operate and Environmental Clearance. The Online Compliance Management Module is hosted on Board’s portal “jhkocmms.nic.in” and online mapping of conditions of Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate will be synchronized with the Board’s portal “jhkocmms.nic.in” from 01.03.2022.
All stakeholders/units are invited to submit suggestions and comments regarding Online Compliance Management Module till 20.02.2022, through Board’s email: ranchijspcb@gmail.com. (No suggestions will be taken into consideration after 20.02.2022)
