Deadline for filing quarterly and annual returns for FY 2024–25 by registered entities on the E-Waste EPR Portal stands extended to 30.06.2025

In a recent Notice, the Central Pollution Control Board has extended the timeline for filing quarterly and annual returns by registered entities under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 (“Rules”) for the financial year 2024-25 till 30th June, 2025.

All the registered entities are directed to file their quarterly and annual returns till 30.06.2025 on the E-Waste EPR Portal URL (https://www.eprtewastecpcb.in) and during this period Extended Producer Responsibility (“EPR”) Certificate generation and transfer will be carried out on EPR Portal.
