Department of Labour, NCT Delhi adopts processes for carrying out random inspection through CIS system in establishments / factories / boilers ; effective 1st July, 2022

The Labour Department, NCT Delhi has adopted a procedure for carrying out periodic/random and complaint-based inspection through Central Inspection System hosted at URL: https://cisdel.delhi.gov.in effective 1st July, 2022.

The inspection will be carried in Establishment /Factories / Boiler under the following acts :

a) Equal remuneration Act, 1976.

b) Factories Act, 1948

c) Maternity Benefit Act, 1961

d) Minimum Wages Act, 1948

e) Shop and Establishment Act

f) Labour Welfare Fund Act

g) Payment of Bonus Act

h) Payment of Wages Act

i) Payment of Gratuity Act

j) Contract Labour (Regulation 7 Abolition) Act. 1970

k) Boiler Act
