Employers to display extract of Form 5A under EPF Scheme 1952 at entrance of the establishment, or website along with mobile application within 21st October, 2025

The Employees Provident Fund Organization (“EPFO”) has directed employers of establishments covered under the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme 1952 to prominently display the extract of Form 5A at the entrance of the establishment or on the website along with mobile application of the establishment. Employers of establishments are required to comply with this order by 21^st October 2025.

Key Highlights:

The following details must be displayed:

1. <EPF Code>
2. <Registered Name>
3. <Date of Coverage>
4. <No. of branches> and <Primary Branch Address>
5. <Regional Office>

Non-compliance with the directions, may attract appropriate legal action under Employees’ Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provision Act, 1952 and the Schemes framed thereunder.
