ESIC extends the due date for mandatory seeding of Aadhar for filing of ECR till 31st March 2024 in building and construction industries and North Eastern states
The Employees State Insurance Corporation ( “ESIC”) has granted an extension for mandatory seeding of Aadhar for filing of Electronic Challan cum Return (“ECR”) up to 31st March 2024 in respect of certain establishments like Building and Construction and Plantation Industries ( Tea, Coffee, Jute, Rubber, etc) and of North Eastern region comprising of States of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura.
