Forms DIR3-KYC, DIR3-KYC e-form (details of directors), CHG-1, CHG-4, CHG-6, CHG-8, CHG-9 (charges) , DPT-3, DPT-4 (return of deposits) now available in V3 portal for filing, informs MCA

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, in its “Important Updates” segment has informed that the following forms are available in V3 portal for filing purposes. Stakeholders are requested to take a note of this.

• DIR3-KYC, DIR3-KYC e-form (details of directors)

• CHG-1, CHG-4, CHG-6, CHG-8, CHG-9 (charges)

• DPT-3 ( return of deposits that companies must file to furnish information about deposits and/or outstanding receipt of loan or money other than deposits) , DPT-4 (Statement regarding deposits existing on the commencement of the Act)
