FSSAI defers the enforcement of the warning statement under the Food Safety and Standards (Labelling & Display) Amendment Regulations, 2022 for a period of 3 months
Food Safety and Standards Authority of India ( “FSSAI”) has decided to defer the enforcement of the Note i.e. “The warning statement must cover 50% of front of pack of the label” under the Food Safety and Standards (Labelling & Display) Amendment Regulations, 2022 for a period of 3 months from the date of enforcement i.e. 1st May 2023.
