The Employment Department of Haryana has issued a directive requiring all establishments located in District Gurugram within District Gurugram to electronically submit their quarterly ER-I return for the period of January to March 2025, through the https://www.hrex.gov.in/ portal by 30th April 2025.
Note: As per *Section 5(1) of the Compulsory Notification of Employment Exchange Vacancies Act 1959 and Para of Rules 1960 (CNV Act 1959), it is mandatory to send the above statement correctly and on time.
In the event of technical difficulties or compliance-related queries, establishments may contact the Mandal Employment Exchange, Gurugram, either in person or telephonically, during official working hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) on any working day.
Further, employers are advised to ensure that their organizational profiles on the portal are fully updated prior to filing the return.
