In view of transition to version 3, MCA relaxes paying additional fees for delay in filing event-based e-forms by LLPs due on and after 25.02.22 to 31.05.22 up to 30.06.2022

In view of transition to version 3, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA” )  relaxes paying additional fees for delay in filing event-based e-forms by LLPs due dates of which are falling between 25th February, 2022 and 31st May, 2022, up to 30th June, 2022 in order to promote compliance on part of the LLPs.
