Indicating absolute figures instead of rounded off figures in e-forms i.e. Form AOC-4 will not be treated as incorrect certification by the professionals clarifies MCA

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs ( “MCA”) had, in an earlier notification dated 24th March, 2021 amended Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013 where companies were mandated to round off the figures appearing in the Financial Statements depending upon their total income.
Recently, the MCA has clarified that in case companies provide absolute figures instead of rounded off figures in e-forms i.e. AOC-4, it will not be considered as incorrect certification by the professionals.
