Karnataka PCB notifies timelines under SAKALA Act for disposal of Consent / Authorization / Registration applications under various pollution control legislations
The Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (“Board”) has notified the revised timelines under SAKALA Act for disposal of Consent / Authorization / Registration applications under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1974, Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1981, Hazardous and Other Waste (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, Plastic Waste Management Rules 2016 and E Waste Management Rules 2016.
