MCA amends Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016; effective immediately

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund), Third Amendment, Rules, 2021 (“Third Amendment”) in order to further amend the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016.

The Third Amendment has gained effect immediately.
