MCA extends the due date for filing of Form DPT-3 for FY 2025-2026 to July 31, 2026
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, through a recent circular, has provided relaxation regarding the levy of additional fees for delayed filing of Form DPT-3 for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.
Accordingly, the due date for filing Form DPT-3 (Return of Deposits) for FY 2025–2026 has been extended from 30 June 2026 to 31 July 2026, without the applicability of additional fees.
