MCA introduces IVR flow to address OTP issues in DIR-3 KYC or DIR-3 KYC web filing

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has introduced a new Interactive Voice Response (“IVR”) flow to address One Time Password (“OTP”) related issues being faced by stakeholders, particularly foreign directors, while filing Form DIR-3 KYC and DIR-3 KYC Web. This new IVR mechanism is aimed at facilitating smooth OTP generation for stakeholders encountering such difficulties.

Stakeholders who continue to face OTP-related issues despite the IVR mechanism are advised to raise a ticket with the MCA Helpdesk and carefully follow the instructions communicated via email in response to the ticket.
