MCA issues Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2025; substitutes existing forms MGT-7, MGT-7A and MGT-15
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) have issued Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2025. This amendment substitutes the following existing forms, effective from July 14, 2025:
- MGT-7– Annual Return (other than OPCs and Small Companies).
- MGT-7A– Abridged Annual Return for OPCs and Small Companies.
- MGT-15– Form for filing Report on Annual General Meeting.
Copy of the substituted forms are attached herewith for your reference.
