MCA21 V3 portal will not be available from 27th August’22 ( 12AM) to 28th August’22 ( 11.59PM) , V2 portal will remain operational

In view of the upcoming launch of the following company forms in MCA21 V3 portal , LLP V3 portal will not be available from 27th Aug 2022 (12:00AM) to 28th Aug 2022 (11:59PM) :

a) DIR3-KYC Web
b) DIR3-KYC E-form
c) DPT-3
d) DPT-4
e) CHG-1
f) CHG-4
g) CHG-6
h) CHG-8
i) CHG-9
However, MCA21 V2 Portal for company filing will remain available. Please find the attached screenshot.
