Ministry of Commerce rescinds the Footwear made from leather and other materials (Quality Control) Order, 2020

In view of public interest, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has rescinded the ‘Footwear made from leather and other materials (Quality Control) Order, 2020’ (“Order”), (please refer to trailing e-mail for a detailed read).

However, please note that the present recession of the Order exempts things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.

A copy of the Order is attached herewith for ease of reference.
