Ministry of Corporate Affairs amends Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) 116; adds “Appendix D” to it
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has notified Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Second Amendment Rules, 2024 (“Amendment Rules, 2024”) to amend Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015.
MCA has amended the Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) 116 on “Leases” has been amended, with Appendix D added to IAS 116.
