Ministry of Corporate Affairs extends Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 till September 15, 2026

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has issued a circular further extending the validity of Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026. The validity of the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (“CCFS-2026”) has been extended from 31^st August 2026 to 15^th September 2026.

This Scheme will provide an opportunity to companies to complete pending statutory filings such as:

• MGT-7, MGT-7A
• AOC-4 including AOC-4 CFS, AOC-4 NBFC (Ind AS), AOC-4 CFS NBFC (Ind AS), and AOC-4 XBRL
• ADT-1
