The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has issued notification for amending the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016 proposing to include more classes of companies under Section 233 of the Companies Act, 2013.
The comments and suggestions on the draft rules along with brief justifications can be sent latest by 5th May, 2025 through e-Consultation Module on the website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
