NSE initiates Phase 2 of filings under the New Digital Portal; Financial Results, RPT and BRSR filings with NSE under SEBI (LODR) Regulations must be made on this portal

The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) had launched a Digital Portal for listed entities to make all their filings. This portal was introduced earlier this year with the aim to enhance customer experience and operational excellence. The transition to the Digital Portal would be carried out in a phased manner.
In Phase 1 only the following filings had to be made in the portal
• Equity Announcements and
• Disclosures under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
Recently Phase 2 has been launched where the following filings with the NSE under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 must be made on the new Digital Portal effective July 11, 2022
• Financial Results – XBRL submission (Digital Exchange > Compliance > Financial Results > Full Results)
• Related Party Transactions – XBRL submission (Digital Exchange > Compliance > Financial Results > Related Party Transactions)
• Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report – XBRL submission (Digital Exchange Compliance > Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report (BRSR))
All the remaining filings should continue in the existing NEAPS portal (NSE Electronic Application Processing System).
