With a view to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition And Redressal) Act, 2013 (“POSH Act”), the Gurugram District Office has directed all organizations to submit the Annual Report by 28th February of every year instead of 30th April of every year.
Further, for the year 2024, all organizations in Gurugram have been directed to submit the Annual Report latest by 28th February, 2025 through e-mail at (posh-grg.rev@hry.gov.in) in accordance with the attached checklist.
It has also been mentioned that a penalty of Rs. 50,000 will be levied on every employer, who fails to submit the annual report timely in addition to the strict action being taken against the organization in accordance with the provisions of the POSH Act.
