Rajasthan Govt. directs private offices, commercial & business institutions to display information on administration of both doses of COVID-19 vaccines to its staff and workers from 01.02.2022; imposes weekend curfew in urban areas of the State

In view of the convenience of the general public and the continuous availability of essential services and commodities, the Home Department of Rajasthan has issued the following Public Discipline Guidelines, effective since 24th January, 2022:

1. All private offices / commercial and business institutions / market associations are directed to display notices regarding administration of both doses (1st & 2nd dose) of vaccine for staff / personnel from 1st February, 2022;

2. Further, in view of the increasing infection of Covid-19, hotel Association / Operators are directed that if any person wants to cancel / postpone the booking made earlier, then the concerned Hotel Operator should refund / adjust the payment made earlier;

3. A maximum of 100 persons are allowed to attend marriage ceremonies within the State. ‘Band-Baja’ players will be counted separately from the number of people allowed in the marriage ceremony;

4. Public-discipline curfew imposed (every Saturday of the week from 11:00 am to 05:00 am on Monday) will be applicable only in urban areas of the State. During this time, only essential services will be allowed and night curfew will continue in the entire State from 11:00 pm to 05:00 am every day.

In case of violation of the above-mentioned guidelines, District Collectors and District Magistrates will ensure action in their local jurisdiction under applicable provisions of the Disaster Management Act and Rajasthan Epidemic Diseases Act.
