SEBI extends time for submission of comments on Consultation Paper on Review of disclosure requirements for material events or information under SEBI LODR Regulation, 2015
The Securities and Exchange Board of India has extended the timeline for submission of comments on consultation paper on ‘Review of disclosure requirements for material events or information under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (details in trail) from November 27, 2022 to December 12, 2022.
Comments/Suggestions:
- Comments must be sent by email to consultationcfd@sebi.gov.in by December 12, 2022. The subject of the email must be “Comments on consultation paper on review of disclosure requirements for material events or information under LODR Regulations”.
- The comments must be sent by email in MS Excel file in the following format only: link to download the format
