SEBI issues amendments under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) has issued the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 (“Amendment”) in order to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
The Amendment will gain effect from 14th January. 2022. However, certain amendments related to the issues opening on or after 1st April, 2022, shall come into force from 1st April, 2022.
