SEBI issues Master Circular for Alternative Investment Funds
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) has issued the following Circular:

This Master Circular has superseded the Master Circular for AIFs dated July 31, 2023. Provisions of circulars issued by SEBI under SEBI (AIF) Regulations, 2012 until March 31, 2024 have been incorporated in the above master circular.
