The Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) has issued Master Circular for Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements for Non-convertible Securities, Securitized Debt Instruments and/or Commercial Paper incorporating the various circulars issued till 30th June, 2025.
Various formats as prescribed under circulars issued up to 30th June, 2025 have been consolidated under this Master Circular.
The provisions of the Master Circular are effective from July 11, 2025.

Note: The provisions of the relevant circulars issued after the Master Circular for listing obligations and disclosure requirements for Non-convertible Securities, Securitized Debt Instruments and/ or Commercial Paper dated May 21, 2024 have already been covered in Komrisk.
