Timeline for filing annual and quarterly returns by registered entities under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 for FY 2023-24 extended till 31st January, 2025
The Central Pollution Control Board has further extended the timeline for filing annual and quarterly returns by registered entities under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 for FY 2023-24 till 31st January, 2025.
All the registered entities are directed to file their quarterly and annual returns till the timeline specified above on the E-Waste EPR Portal URL () and during this period Extended Producer Responsibility (“EPR”) Certificate generation and transfer will be carried out on EPR Portal.
