Timeline for filing quarterly and annual returns for FY 2025–26 by registered entities under E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 extended

The Central Pollution Control Board (“CPCB”) has extended the timeline for filing quarterly and annual returns by registered entities under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 (“Rules”) for the financial year 2025-26 till 30^th September, 2026.

All the registered entities are directed to file their quarterly and annual returns till 30^th September, 2026 on the E-Waste EPR Portal URL (https://www.eprewaste.cpcb.gov.in/#/).
