EPFO Notifies the Portal for Application Form for Joint Options ; this Option to be Exercised on or before 3rd May 2023
The Employees Provident Fund Organisation (“EPFO”) has notified the form for exercising joint options by employees and employers. This option is to be exercised on or before 3rd May 2023.
The portal for application form for joint options is : https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberInterfacePohw/
In the above portal, there are two separate forms for the following purposes :
1. For validation of joint options under erstwhile Para 11(3) and Para 11(4) of EPS, 95.
2. For exercising joint options under erstwhile para 11 (3) and para 11 (4) of EPS 1995 for employees who
i. were in service prior to 1st September 2014 and continued to be in service on or after 01.09.2014 but
ii. could not exercise joint option under erstwhile provision to para 11 (3) of EPS 1995.
