Ministry of Corporate Affairs extends Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 till August 31, 2026
Pursuant to what we have reported earlier, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has issued a circular extending the validity of Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026. The validity of the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (“CCFS-2026”) has been extended from 15th July, 2026 to 31st August 2026.
This Scheme will provide an opportunity to companies to complete pending statutory filings.
