Further to the trail mail, the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has notified the Petroleum (Amendment) Rules, 2024 (“2024 Amendment Rules”) effective 4th March, 2024. The changes in the final notification are aligned to the draft Rules shared in trail. You are requested to refer to the trail mail for key highlights of the amendment.
