This is a quick update to let you know that the last date for filing DIR-3 KYC i.e. “KYC of Directors” for Financial year 2018-19 has expired on 14th October 2019 as intimated under the “News & Important Updates” section on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) website.

Additionally, as the process of deactivating the non-compliant DINs is in progress, the form DIR-3 KYC and web service DIR-3 KYC will not be available on the MCA portal for filing during the pendency of this activity. The filing of DIR-3 KYC and DIR-3 KYC WEB can be done upon payment of applicable fees once the process of deactivating non-compliant DINs is completed and the form & service are re-deployed on the portal.

In pursuance of this intimation MCA has requested Stakeholders to plan accordingly.
