In furtherance of the update in the trail mail in which the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (“Ministry”) had proposed to amend the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 (“Principal Rules”), the Ministry has now issued a notification dated March 13, 2018 announcing the date of commencement of the amendment.
The Drugs and Cosmetics (First Amendment) Rules, 2018 (“Amendment Rules”) will be effective from September 13, 2018. For further details, please refer to the hyperlink below.
