The Telangana State Disaster Response and Fire Services Department has, in a Circular dated 16th December 2019, instructed all the inspecting officers (District Fire Officers/Asst. District Fire Officers) to verify the specific parameters which must be followed by the buildings measuring 70 Mtrs and above in height and submit the inspection reports for the same. The parameters which are to be verified are:
- Clear Drive way of 11 Mtrs
- Turning Radius of 14 Mtrs
- 65 tones Load bearing capacity
- The Ramp should be along with Building line
- The Yard Hydrants must be planned around the building boundary to access/use by the Fire Department in case of Emergency.
