The Haryana Labour Welfare Board (“The Board”), through a notification dated 21st January, 2020, has extended the last date for depositing the Labour Welfare Fund for the year 2019, without any interest, up to 31st March, 2020.
The date as prescribed under the law for payment of the labour welfare fund is 31st December of every year, pertaining to amounts due for that particular year. With this notification, The Board is extending the timeline to deposit the amount due for welfare fund for the year 2019 till 31st March, 2020.
