The Himachal Pradesh Pollution Control Board in a Notification has issued the Standard Operating Procedure (“SOP”) for the process of application for registration under the Plastic Waste Management Rules covering the plastic units.
The SOP provides specific checklist for Manufacturer, Producer, Brand Owner, Recycler with respect to the registration process.
