Government of Rajasthan by an Order dated 29th November, 2020 has issued guidelines for surveillance, containment and caution for the period 1st December to 31st December, 2020.
Key highlights of the guidelines :
1. Lockdown in containment zones will remain in force till 31st December, 2020 and strict containment measures will be followed as prescribed by MoHFW.
2. There will be night curfew from 8 pm to 6 am within the urban limits of the District Headquarter towns of Kota, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Udaipur, Ajmer, Alwar, Bhilwara, Nagore, Pali, Tonk, Sikar and Ganganagar. All markets, work places and commercial complexes etc. will remain closed during night curfew, however, this will not be applicable for the following and no separate pass will be required –
a. Factory with production of continuous nature;
b. Factories having night shift;
c. IT and IT companies;
d. Chemist shops;
e. Offices related to essential emergency services;
f. Marriage related gatherings;
g. Any workplace related to medical services;
h. Passengers coming / going to bus stand, railway station and airport;
i. Movement of all trucks and other goods carrier vehicles and persons employed for loading and unloading goods.
3. In workplaces (private offices, autonomous etc.) located in municipal limits of the 13 cities mentioned above and having more than 100 employees, 75% of employees will come to attend offices and rest will work from home.
4. Aarogya Setu app to be installed by all employees in offices and workplaces. Further, organization and business entities with 50 or more employees are encouraged to avail the Aarogya Setu Open API Service.
5. Schools, colleges, educational and coaching institutions outside containment zones will remain closed for students and regular class activity till 31st December, 2020.
6. Cinema halls/theatres/multiplexes, entertainment parks and similar places will remain closed till 31st December, 2020.
7. Social/political/sports/entertainment/academic/cultural/religious functions and other large congregations will not be permitted till 31st December, 2020. However –
a. Marriage related gatherings will be allowed after taking prior permission of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and maximum number of guests allowed will not be more than 100. All COVID-19 protocols to be strictly observed at all times;
b. Funeral/last rites related gatherings will not have more than 20 persons with mandatory wearing of masks, social distancing etc.;
c. If any person/institution/organisation makes an application to the District Collector and District Magistrate for any function along with a seating plan, the permission will be issued only if maximum number of 100 persons are allowed, maximum of 50% hall capacity in closed spaces. In addition to this, in open spaces a ceiling of 100 persons keeping the size of ground/space in view.
8. Exhibition halls for only business to business (B2B) purposes in permitted outside containment zones with maximum of 50% hall capacity is allowed with ceiling of 100 persons.
9. There if no restriction on inter-state and within state movement of people. No separate permission/e-permit will be required for movement.
10. Vulnerable people (persons aged 65 and above, pregnant women, children below 10 years etc.) are advised to stay at home and move out only for essential and health purposes.
11. Common safety directives in public spaces, work places and shops to be strictly followed in all Districts of the State.
