Through a Notification dated 8th December, 2020 the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (“KSPCB”) has notified re-categorization of industries/organisations/activities into Red, Orange, Green and White categories.
The present Notification is issued as an Addendum (“Addendum 9”) in continuation to the previous Addendum issued on 2nd August, 2020.
Background:
KSPCB had received proposals from different Regional Officers on certain activities / industries which do not find place in the previous notified lists. Considering the proposals an recommendations the present Addendum is issued.
