With a view to further strengthen the Ease of Doing Business in the State, the Labour Department of Haryana has notified as follows:
1. Applications for registrations / renewals, licenses, approval of plans etc. may be availed through Haryana Single Window System (HEPC Portal) (https://investharyana.in/#/)
The applications through Haryana Single Window System may be made for the following:
a. Registration of Factories under the Factories Act, 1948;
b. Approval of plan and permission to construct/ extend / or take into use any building as a factory;
c. License for contractors under the provision of the Contracts Labour ( Regulation and abolition) Act 1970;
d. Registration under the shops and establishment act (including 365 days license);
e. Registration renewal of principal employer’s establishment under the provision of the Contracts Labour ( Regulation and abolition) Act 1970;
f. Registration renewal under the building and other construction workers (Regulation of employment and condition of service) act 1996;
g. Registration of establishment under the Inter state migrant workman Act 1979.
Note: Necessary information on fees, procedure for application submission, comprehensive lists of documents required (checklist) have already been made available on the department portal (https://hrylabour.gov.in/) for applicants;
2. Offline submission of the documents at the District / State office is not required. All applications with respect to the above-mentioned services are accepted and processed online;
3. Provision has been made for real time tracking of the above-mentioned service applications through HEPC portal;
Note: All certificates / reports / approvals / licenses to the above-mentioned services have been made online and applicants can download / print the required document;
